While my primary purpose is, as your photographer, to document your wedding day capturing each moment as they present themselves, please know that I am available to you to offer advice and to assist in navigating the variety of distractions typical of most weddings. During our consultations, we can discuss expectations, timelines, shot concepts, or any other topic of choice that might help you, the Bride, be better prepared for the rush and excitement of your wedding.

Moments pass in the blink of an eye, and I am happy to share with you my experiences so that you may enjoy each and every one of yours.

All weddings include the following:

• A full day of coverage. I do not bother with time restrictions or hourly rates because though this is a career, taking part in such an emotional roller coaster of an event is just as much a pleasure. I will be with you from the moment you arrive for preparations until the last guest waves goodnight.
• Meticulously edited proofs spanning the entire day of your wedding. In the weeks following, I personally review each and every shot taken to remove duplicates, boost saturations, and to make any unique creative adjustments to help bring focus to you and the glimpses of your day. As an estimate, I provide between 300-450 proofs presented in a keepsake presentation box.
• A private online gallery. This gallery is password protected and made available to only you upon delivery of your printed proofs. It is to your  discretion who is allowed access. Forward your personalized gallery to friends and family, from which they are able to view, comment, or place print and canvas orders should they wish.
• A DVD of web-ready images.  This DVD provides low resolution JPG files of each image provided in your proof set. Each file will be sized to perfectly match Facebook and other online standards so that you can quickly post and share online any image from your wedding. An optional high resolution DVD is also available providing custom files suitable for printing.

Wedding pricing starts at $1,650. Destination events may require additional fees.

So. I love taking pictures? That about covers it. =)

I once, back in the day, was an art major studying fine art and painting. Unfortunately, since leaving college the real world has taken hold and I no longer have the time or work space to chase mineral spirits, mixing pigments, or building wooden structures and canvas supports. Photography, however, is a much more compact form of expression, and as a result, I’ve found that photography offers a bit more immediate mileage than oils and a brush.

I do love taking photos, but I love more capturing moments that most others simply overlook. Moments that we can look back on years from now and, with a single print, remember exactly that moment and all the familiar context that otherwise may have been forgotten.

I have ten  years experience as a graphic designer. That, when combined with the more traditional education of light, color theory, composition, and the patience required for the, at times, tedious process of oil paintings, offers a well of perspective that allows me to find those unique artistic moments that highlight your perfect day. From the moment I release the shutter of my camera to the delivery of that final print, I will give your photographic memories my absolute best. My artistic history allows me the critical eye and curious excitement needed to dote over every detail. More than that, I give you, the Bride to be, all the talent and skills that I have to offer to assure you without hesitation that when you share your wedding portfolio with friends and family, each image will remind you of the rush, excitement, and warm anticipation that can so easily be forgotten due to the whirlwind of your wedding day.

When the evening draws to a close, when the food has been fed, the drinks shared, and the last guests have left, the one element that will remain without fade is the photography—still-captured memories of this beautiful event that will draw you back in time be it on your first anniversary, or when sharing your album with generations to come.
